At 70, she does not feel the weight of age and does not let the fact that she is considered an elderly person interfere with her quality of life. The only change she would make in her life if she could would be to study while she was still young!

October 6th is a special day at CSMMR, as it is the feast day of Mother Maria Rosa, founder of the Congregation of the Sisters of the Holy Names of Jesus and Mary. This year, the children and teenagers watched a presentation about Sister Maria Rosa's life, colored roses, and wrote messages to her. What most impressed the children and teenagers about her story was her affection for people in socially vulnerable situations and her struggle to provide them with a good education.
