Exercising in old age is great: it strengthens the body, increases energy, improves balance, and lifts your mood! Every step is an achievement, every laugh during training is a reason to celebrate. At the Laudato Si Social Center, exercise classes are always lively.

 



Move with joy: stretch, dance, walk slowly, or run—the important thing is to be consistent and enjoy the process. The best workout is one that fits into your routine and makes you smile. Let's take care of our bodies, minds, and hearts together!
